Our trial attorneys are based in Atlanta, Georgia but have handled cases everywhere, from San Diego to New York City and everywhere in between. Our office is located at the M Building (formerly Centennial Tower) at 101 Marietta Street, on the 33rd floor. After working at this office with Pate, Johnson & Church, Attorney Tom Church opened his own law firm in late 2022 before bringing the Church Law Firm back to Atlanta in 2024.
Our office is in the heart of downtown Atlanta, close to all federal and state courthouses. We are a block away from the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, about three blocks away from the United States District Court in the Richard Russell Building, and a short drive to the Fulton County Courthouse, Supreme Court of Georgia and Georgia Court of Appeals.
